In Step 3, you can chain Junk Converter's effect to Junk Speeder to revive either Junk Synchron or the Tuner you discarded to Chain Block Speeder's effect.

In Step 3, if you choose to summon Revolution Synchron, you'll have to use Wheel's effect to get an additional Normal Summon, but it's better to summon Junk Synchron so that you can Special Junk Servant in the case that you have to discard and revive Wheel Synchron with Junk Converter's effects.

Adding Stardust Illumination and sending Trail allows you to continue if you get Nibbed.
