Notes & Combos
Forbidden Lab deck #5.
This deck is aggressively ignorant and by that I mean we essentially are carrying out a game plan that's closest in similarity to last season's Ishizu Branded but also rolling out the most degenerate normal traps in the game and the ability to loop them to infinity on top of that.
Branded Banishment is especially stupid here, since it's both a normal trap and technically a removal one, and thus it triggers all of your Lab cards (including the field spell's revival effect) so it's very easy to go CA +4 or +5 with a standard Lab set-up and just blow out the game. Since it's normal, Lovely can reset it so you can just super poly your opponent's board each turn until they rage quit or lose.
Tips and notes
-
Make sure you shuffle back your scythe post-lock since Lovely can reset Sanctum too and you can lock people for multiple turns. The same applies to Lancea VS something like Floo - always keep them under it.
-
The Despia fusions are fiends so you can still fuse under Welcome. Also, keep in mind they're eligible for revival from Labyrnth Labyrinth.
-
Brafu can let you see either engine, just make sure you flip toggle on in EP to set Welcome if you go for Lab.
-
Lilith is a good revival target off of the field; She guarantees you'll have a follow-up flood on your turn ready to go - so your opponent can't play there either. Since she graves herself you can do this every turn and it becomes a two-card loop. She's also useful to play through things like Sulliek and other targeting.
