Notes & Combos

This is mainly a go 1st deck, which can branch into almost all dino scrap lines. Ideal turn 1 play is to resolve any standard dino route (baby/petite and lost world based 2 card lines) to obtain a board state with scrap + oviraptor + anima and baby/petite. From there on out, follow out any scrap combo to reach a board state of your desire. If played without interruptions, your turn 1 end board should be something like 3-mat Apollo + UCT + Naturia + VFD/2-token Borreload. Depending on what stage you got interruption, you can still end up with a pretty strong board like Apollo + UCT + Borreload/Naturia.

The deck is pretty combo heavy, and although there are no hard bricks aside from not opening a 2-card starter, there are many soft-bricks . So, you want prosperity at 3 for consistency, and called by at 2 + crossout at 3 is absolutely necessary to play around interruptions, with 1 of each other common handtrap in the deck as crossout targets.

Any drawn handtraps and pankratops are your bread and butter for going 2nd. The extra deck also includes Pentestag for a possible going second OTK with Dugares + UCT. Another option is to go Accesscode after Scrap combo for OTK, if your opponent allows.

You can swap out Shenshen for Croco, but I prefer the floodgate potential of Shenshen over Croco's card draw. You can also swap out IP & Unicorn for some Rank 4's.
