Notes & Combos
Managed to snag a 5-Winstreak with Rescue-Ace in this format, not sure how.
Originally I tried R-Ace with Azamina and Dominus Impulse, but that version just lacks resilience.
So back to good ole Millennium and Fiendsmith I went and honestly, this deck is quite alright.
The R-Ace trap cards are pretty decent against Maliss since one stops the card from being used as link material, and the other one stops its effect from being used at a later point, so even when it gets banished from the GY it cant activate. Preventer flipping also stops cards from being link material which is nice.
And after all that, Millenium and Fiendsmith just make the deck good against Handtraps and give it some juice for going 2nd. Then you just cram all the anti-Maliss non-engine you can find and you have yourself a deck that can win in Master rank.
Im not gonna go too deep into any combos since this deck is really straight-forward. Millenium gets you Zombie Vampire and free link material, Fiendsmith does Fiendsmith things and Rescue-Ace mainly tries to set 4 via Turbulence.
Ratios are just vibes-based, I dont think the R-Ace field spell is any good currently, but I love it so much. But being real, it should probably be replaced with WANTED! Seeker. 2nd Phantazmay is also cuttable for RotA. Fiendsmith trap is not good in this deck, because we run way too many bricks anyway.
When it comes down to it this deck is pretty good though. Nothing is better than Maliss currently ofc but Lance, Fuwa and Maxx "C" together with Nib and Phantazmay keep that matchup winnable, while this deck is pretty good going 1st anyway (that is if you dont brick).
On a sidenote: I drew EMERGENCY! a lot whithout it doing anything, because the deck is so cut back on Rescue-Ace monsters. It honestly feels like that card could be cut to 2 copies.
Replays

I have 3 replays with the Rescue-Ace deck (identifiable by the 3 main cards shown in the replay). The most recent one, tagged Great Success, shows how to use the engines in the deck to power through disruptions. The one tagged with Satisfaction just goes to show that Caesar stopping their constant summoning can also be enough to win. And the last one shows the power of R-Ace a little bit, but mostly just how good Lancea is this format (most games were just Lancea or Maxx "C")
