Notes & Combos

This is a standard build slightly modified for the ladder meta.

Tech Choices:

  1. Ghost Ogre It is great in the mirror, helps vs Adventure variants by destroying Fateful adventure and preventing both the on summon and the activated effect, no matter which one they go for. Additionally, can sometimes disable a HalqDon combo by destroying Halq (harder to climb to 3 as they would need 2 additional bodies) or Auroradon (as they won't be able to tribute for O-Lion)

  2. Harpie's Feather Storm & HFD package Feather storm is an insanely strong card that would be banned in almost any other archetype. Shuts down ALL effects, no matter if it is hand / field or graveyard, does not prevent activation, so you can capitalize on opponents not reading the card and is harder to counter, unlike imperm. Additionally, it gives you free wins in the mirror match. HFD is necessary due to how bad your matchup with heavy backrow decks can be and you have the additional benefit of being able to chain feather storm to your opponent's Lightning storm or HFD and search your own.
