Notes & Combos

I think this DC took longer than previous once to get to level 20. Not sure exactly how many games it took, but it certainly was over 50 and maybe under 60? Ended up getting to 20 on the 8th.

I wouldn't mind cutting Shifter, but I'm not sure what other handtrap would do much more (not that Shifter always felt useful). I did try out Nib for a while, however, it was always just rotting in my hand. Droll works when it works, but it still doesn't help the deck get past Drillbeam pass nor does it stop most decks from at least doing Fiendsmith stuff.

I ended up cutting Aussa for Dweller since most good decks just have crazy recursion, but it only came up a few times. It wasn't easy to get to Dweller while clearing the opponent's field/being in a good position where it wasn't just game anyways that turn.

Added a 3rd Arach into the deck again just to bolster my chances of opening a name/being able to do something if Myrm/Mantis get hit with a handtrap to set something with Sera.

Honestly, good decks just have too many free cards (Lode/Fiendsmith/heck, even Mimighoul Dungeon {not that I'm saying Mimighoul can compete well at high levels}) where they can constantly produce bodies each turn without having to do much, if anything.

It's just going to keep getting rougher and rougher for a deck that focuses on their normal summon that also wants to use a bunch of traps that don't floodgate nor are able to beat simple boards such as opening a live Drillbeam.
