This is budget version. For more expensive one, replace Fraktall with Swallow's Crowie. To boost consistency add Swallow's Nest as well.
I add Reboot since lot of deck run trap as part of his endboard. Having reboot, chalice, or droplet in hand is always nice.
For ED, i only used nightingle and starling and draco. Others just dont need it. Draco used to free up space and filling gy with lyrirusc monster so that you can make fat nightingle to swing for game. This scenario come up when your opponent just sit on monster that cant be destroy by battle, or have lot of monsters on the field with little atk/def.
