This version of World Chalice is meant to counter Crusadia, hence why I maxed out on Kyoto Waterfront and added Saryuja Skull Dread. Waterfront searches Gadarla, Saryuja summons it, and voila, you have the Kaiju of Ultimateness at your disposal. Otherwise, you just try and link climb as best you can with whatever you have.

Exodius is there to recycle every copy of Mystic Shine Ball (as in, you can summon them all again if you have The Agent of Creation Venus, but be mindful of when you shuffle stuff back. For instance, World Chalice Guardragon has a useful graveyard effect to revive normal monsters by banishing itself, and Lib requires you to have the World Legacy, World Chalice in the grave if you want to activate either of the spells she can set for you. If you don't have a World Legacy card at all in the grave its impossible to summon her too. So combo responsibly.

Transmodify allows you to transform Lee or a a Shine Ball into Venus whenever you need to, and Small World can very easily search out both Lee and Venus by using Effect Veiler as a bridge since we play a lot of cards with either zero for attack, defense, or both.
