This is a blind second deck, which i think is good in this event because everyone ends on limited interruption, so you don't have to play through multiple omni-negates. The biggest obstacle to OTKing people is handtraps, which everyone plays a lot of in the festival. For that reason, the goal is to make a double-attacking accesscode using gatchiri @ignister as often as possible, so it's immune to veiler/imperm/nibiru. Since they cant react to accesscode's effects, as long as you make accesscode's attack increase the last chain link, they cant do anything to stop the gatchiri from making it immune to their card effects. You can search gatchiri with formud/meet you, draw it, send it to gy off code generator and revive it with splash mage, or add it off a normaled code generator.

Most of the time people dont read gatchiri, so they'll hold their niribu for accesscode, which is too late. You usually dont go for the transcode line, you go straight from gatchiri+update jammer+any body to the unaffected accesscode, which takes people by surprise

Theres also a neat line to otk while being immune to nibiru, even if they read gatchiri. You need to get to any two level 2+ cyberse monsters on field + gatchiri on field, and any of the code talker main deck monsters in hand (ex: normal debug, add+special secretary, make update jammer, summon gatchiri, make accesscode with the code talker in hand. Accesscode is the 5th summon and its unaffected by the time they can activate nibiru)
