Let me start by giving a massive shout out to Frohned in the Libromancer discord. Any credit towards the potential of this deck belongs to them!

So what's the deal with mine? It's kinda all over the place isn’t it? I'm missing a number of VS cards still and it's led to the weird ratios you see here. If I’m being completely honest I also think I got luck in my matchups and opponents during my 5 game win streak. That said this deck isn’t just a fluke.

Libromancers run Fire (uh…Fire), Earth (Agent), and Dark (Doombroker). These types line up really well with what VS wants to do. A lot like my Mathmech variant of Libromancer the Libros replace the non-engine cards for an additional and flexible accompanying engine. This can lead to bricks, so I’m playing Pot of Prosperity and the IOC/Souls line. You want to unbrick your hand anyway to can. If you want to make room you might want to play Thrust/Talents as well. I am also playing some non-engine for this event like Duster, Ash, and Belle (she negates Preparation of Rites). The extra deck is completely irrelevant IMO.

In conclusion. I think this is far from the best version of Libro/VS. I’m missing a lot of cards still and I think the deck still has many stages and version left. I encourage anyone interested to try and lab more consistent versions of this deck. I’m sorry about the cost. I promise I’m not just trying to make expensive decks all of the time haha.
