Notes & Combos
Final Season 53 stats:
- Coin Flip win percentage - 47.4%
- Max Rating - 1528.40
My 2nd season of keeping track of every coin flip. Much better luck this time around, but switching back to Lunalight after vibing with Kewl Tune last season was not the best decision. Originally ran droll and purulia to combat what I thought would be a KT, Sky Striker, and VS-K9 meta. Unfortunately, control decks and the Fiendsmith package made a comeback and ended up eating me alive all the way down to a 1410 Rating.
I switched to running the Heavy Poly + Droplet package and immediately climbed back up quite fast. I also simply played bad this season. My 7 win streak that got me to 1520+ should have been 10 or more but I misplayed going 2nd multiple times. This deck has lines to play around droll and even kill through a Wave High King Caesar with a single Gold Leo but you gotta keep track of what you're doing. I was too lazy to look up a video for that latter scenario, which cost me.
For those wondering, yes I would have won a few more games if Broadbull was legal so I expect the deck to be slightly better next season. Although I don't think it will break anything. Lunalight requires A LOT of both main deck and extra deck investment, so I find it extremely unlikely people will be able to splash rank4/zoodiac engines into it.
