I think this bird ratio should be pretty standard for the event. Maxxing out everything except wagtail because bird call is at 1. I tried to maximize consistency, so I added in many searchers. I don't like Jack in the hand, because I've seen enough mirrors. I'm using only 2 targets for tenki, so I have options of either making Drident or using Fraktall. I would consider a second Fraktall, but I would then add a second Shuraig (probably over light heart). If I had a 3rd Recital, I'd play it. Other XYZ birds are a luxurary at 2, but not needed. Nightingale is the best to have at 2, because it helps so much in the mirror to stall out your opponent. I never liked going second builds, but this deck goes decently first or second. I just try to win the resource battle.
