Notes & Combos
I tried many different decklists on my climb from Silver to Master over the last two seasons, and this is the final list that I hit Masters with.
I like these ratios a lot. I'm not really into the Turn 0 Winda turbo; it can get a few wins but I find overall that I end up with not enough starters + extenders in hand more often than Winda wins me games. (Especially if they have a bounce/negate) I also run Genius here because I am a bit low on Earth targets and sometimes I open Grysta in hand and I might have to send both to the grave turn 1 or Maxx C which kinda feels bad. Genius can also force or prevent a disruption which is nice.
I have 2 Shieren + 1 Havnis for recycling, plus Havnis can miracle turn 0 Winda, which is moreso for those challenging Maxx C since I'm only running 1 copy. Then Cartesia to protect Normal Summon plays or dodging disruption, as well as being a light target that recycles itself and a fusion on legs.
I'm running 3x Shaddoll Fusion; I really want to see spells in my opening hand to push past most meta boards. With 17 Spells, thats a 93.8% chance to see a spell going first, and 96.6% chance to see one going second.
Droplet is my board breaker of choice. Super Poly is a close second; it can also fuse away most endboard pieces into a Shaddoll Monsters and can make pushing for lethal easier, but I find droplet much more helpful for insulating my turn 2 plays.
For Extra Deck, I'm on Quadruple Construct (3 El Construct + 1 Link Construct) so I can set Resh into my endboard which can be very impactful for resummmoning Fusions back onto the board.
