Notes & Combos
My attempt at an optimized RDA build that keeps the spirit of RDA (aka boooooo Elfnote RDA). Slimmed down the brick count and prioritized high quality starters/extenders.
This deck has insane grind with both the Branded Engine and the RDA Engine bridging into eachother, the 6k towers RDA win condition, and some pretty crazy Turn 3 synchro options.
The deck is pretty consistent and has some really strong non-engine in Impulse and Haromonia. If Spark was better in the format we could run that as well.
The OVFs are cool. Burning Soul Nova is sooooo **** good. RDA's Chain is a lovely addition to the lineup. CDQ helps raise ceiling in hands with too much engine.
Main deck feels solid. Still unsure about 1 or 2 F&V. Branded Beast might be more useful in higher ranks.
Some alternative ED options are:
- Synchro Ecclesia
- Packbit
- Kuibelt
- Zalen
- Scarred
- Chaos Angel
Of these, I've only ever felt like I wanted Synchro Ecclesia a few games. However, I don't think there's a single card in the ED I'd replace for it.
