Notes & Combos
Getting to master this season was frustrating. The coin toss was not in my favor, maliss had every extender, and don't ask me how I play through detonator going second (I open imperm or I lose). Lets get to the pros and cons of this deck.
Pros-
- Going first you still make the same broken board as always.
- You can droll yourself to still put up a board while only giving your opponent a few draws (as I'm sure you knew).
- Nib really isn't great alone, but because we can fit tons of handtraps it can often times be turn ending provided you opened another handtrap alongside it.
Cons-
- This decks matchup into both ryzeal and maliss are god awful. Detonator just solos you, and the limits on poplar and ash spoonfeed your maliss opponents the best targets to white binder.
- This deck bricks often due to the hits.
- Solo poplar does next to nothing if you dont open something to special alongside it or you're playing birch.
Due to the hits, I really dont think it's a great idea to play millennium. It takes up extra deck spaces while we dont have many flex spots and there are really only 6 cards you want to mill off of Zombie Vampire.
