Notes & Combos

Woah a Trickstar deck! This deck goes second cuz handtrap turbo and board breakers. Climbed from plat to master 5 in 2 weeks (came back in mid August).

Trickstar cards:

• Candina is the main girl. Searches any Trickstar card.
• Lycoris can bounce Candina to dodge imperm/veiler and other target pops/negates.
• Corobane is quick effect double ATK for any Trickstar monster. It's kind of a brick so I only run 1. Can be used as extension
• Lilybell can attack directly and can recycle Trickstar monsters. I run her at 1 and still open her EVERY game...
• Light Stage searches any Trickstar monster. It can also serve as targeted pseudo backrow removal. If you play with Light Stage correctly you can play around certain traps.
• Reincarnation banishes opp's hand and draws them the same number of cards. Chain 1 reincarnation chain 2 droll locks their hand. Try to bait out ash beforehand since ash negates reincarnation. Reincarnation also is a quick effect reborn for any Trickstar monster.

Hand Traps:

• Veiler - you can probably get away with not running it. I like it tho since its not once per turn.
• Droll - good into Purrely (kinda)/Mikanko/Kash. See reincarnation for hand loop
• Maxx C/Ash/Called by - Master Duel tax
• Bystials - anti GY plays. Can also make Chaos Angel.
• Imperm - obvious
• Nibiru - I have 1 from the bundle. It helps against combo decks sometimes

Board Breakers:

• Duster - backrow removal. Good vs lab/traptrix/Mikanko/Purrely
• Lightning Storm - It's honestly a worse duster imo. You can sometimes use it vs monsters but like removing backrow is usually just better
• Evenly - Opening 2 going second can win a game if the first gets negated by Baronne or Spright Carrot
• Gameciel - I run 2. Outs towers. Lava golem doesn't work in this deck since normal summon Candina is pretty important. Kurikara might work I just haven't tried. I'll prob add her when Arise-heart gets added.

Others:

• Fenrir - every deck should run it. This card should be at 1. It's insane how good this card is.
• Extrav - Extra deck is not that important so +2 is free

Extra Deck (kek):

• N'tss/Garura/Wind Pegasus/Omega - Punishment targets. Bucephalus is good too I just don't have dust
• Chaos Angel - Candina + bystial. Wins vs Kashtira
• Knightmares - generic links
• Lyna - situational vs Lights, can climb into Goddess
• Goddess - turbo neg but sometimes you have to out something
• Redoer and borrelsword never played

Is this deck good? NO LUL. It can win tho.
