Notes & Combos

One of the most fun decks I have played and made me actually want to climb with it even though I usually stick around Gold/Plat.

Climbed from Platinum IV to Master V

Extra deck isn't that important and was mostly just Extravagance fodder. Almiraj and the Charmer links were the ones I used the most.

Matchups (From my experience)

• Purrely - Went against too many Purrely decks and I don't want to see anymore. Lava Golem/Kaiju Noir and either OTK or just lose cause they probably drew 2-6 in your standby, dropped Maxx "C" on you , then went +3 after you removed Noir from the field. If they activate Assembled Nightingale on your turn and you can't negate it then you've lost.
• Dragon Link - Depends on their end board. Branded Beast and Hot RDA Abyss can be difficult to deal with. Lava Golem/Kaiju/Arabesque Borrelend and/or Borreload Savage Dragon (Unless they used up it's negate and they have something else like I:P Masquerena).
• Branded - Lava Golem/Kaiju/Arabesque Mirrorjade and hope they don't have a way to summon Mirrorjade again
• Kashtira - ED is just fodder so Diablosis/Unicorn doesn't do that much. Lava Golem/Kaiju/Arabesque Shangri-Ira to remove zone lock. Only card that is slightly annoying is Birth banishing Ceremony from grave but that's about it.
• Backrow decks - I didn't go against that many backrow decks but you could probably remove Nibiru and add some backrow removal if you do. I imagine Labrynth is a bad matchup cause of non-targetting removals and EEV call Spells.
• If you fail to OTK - Try to set up Hu-Li + Equip and set Mikanko Rivalry. Rivalry can either steal an opponent's monster with Reflection Rondo or negate with Axe of Fools.
