Notes & Combos

I expext there will be some questions to this decklist, so i'll answer some of them in advance.

1. Why would you do this? A: Really, my goal is to get Gustav at least limited to 1. Thats why I upload this List and hope more people play it so Konami has to take action. Also i really dislike Elfnotes and since its by far the best and most played deck right now I rarely feel bad for my opponents when I Ftk them.

2. Is this consistent? A: Yes, very much so. There are lots of ways to burn the 8k lifepoints and if uninterrupted u usually get there with 1 card combos. Every handtrap beyond that needs at least one more extender to still pull off the FTK. And if you cannot Ftk you can usually still pass on something like I:P and Varudras. If you draw the Artmage pend power patron and a disposable S/T u can also do this whole FTK protected by a countertrap monster negate.

3. What does the Combo look like? A: Well, the goal is to burn with Gustav Max 4 times. There are several ways to archieve this and i will put one or two replays on my profile so you get the gist of it. Usually u will Gustav 3 times, then shuffle one back with Medius or Vidolium and Gustav again. Charmer Quartet in Bloom is incredibly abusable for this, since you can revive Junoldo and Nervedo, use their effects to summon the fusion and the synchro Power Patron and then overlay those two to get around the Charmer Quartets restriction.

4. Why no droll? A: I would recommend anyone to not play droll right now. The card does not really do anything to Elfnote except for very specific gamestates. And since Elfnotes is 80% of decks in any real elo does not have the impact you want from a Handtrap.
