Notes & Combos
Same decklist as before. Kewl Tune is annoying even when going first, so you basically need the double board wipe. It opens up some funny lines where two Level 4 birds can make Arsenal thanks to the Level modulation. That was hilarious.
I cut Tribute Lanius because, even though it's a one-card combo, it feels awful to Normal Summon it just for it to get blown up before you can activate its effect. I'd rather start with Noir since its GY effect can at least be somewhat useful. The only reason I'd summon Tribute is through Arsenal (or out of desperation) if I need another extender by that point, but that's about it.
Overall you have to be insane if you still want to try and play Raidraptor until Master at this point.
