My first time grinding ladder since August and my first time playing Jurrac. I was honestly impressed with how well this deck performed, and it's a super fun and unique playstyle.

Current non-engine metagame is favorable to Jurrac, as it does not care about Droll or Purulia. You can even droll yourself as an additional out to Maxx C and Fuwalos. Yummy and Dracotail cannot play into board wipes going second. Starter + Misc is a godhand that can play into most boards barring Herald, so this list is built to prioritize seeing your power cards. Imperm/Purulia can be changed in quantities.

I found Small World preferable as a consistency card to the more standard Ground Xeno. Needing to keep four level 1 Jurrac monsters in deck/hand limits Ground Xeno's applicability, and Small World can give you access to full combo.

Dharc is extremely helpful for Promethean Princess plays and I am shocked no other list on here has run it. The more standard extra deck card is Dolkka. Amblowhale isn't super common but I've found it to be a powerhouse, especially in game states where you are unable to make stego plays either due to interruption or having exhausted those resources already in a grind game.

It would sometimes be nice to have a third copy of Aeolo in deck so as to not tip toe around Stego, or Dogoran for removal, or Tyranno Infinity for an easy OTK. All of these cards are bricks, though, and I'm a mid-range player at heart. Dogoran triggers Promethean Princess lol. Don't sleep on Horned Brute's effects to quick synchro in battle phase or summon a dino (even UCT) from hand in the battle phase, card is great at facilitating an OTK.
