Blind Second OTK deck!!!

What a greuling climb just to get to M5...

The meta revolving around Snake Eyes seems to have increased the amount of Kashtira players/tech because those are the two decks I faced the most in Diamond and it was not fun at all. Kash is a straight forward deck to deal with despite needing to draw an out but Snake Eyes relied on good hands and good piloting with some luck to beat (or Ash/Imperming). Most of my games took place in D4/D3 because I demoted from D3 at least 3 times before seeing D2.

Another big issue this season which is just every season honestly is consistency, hands were either solid to great or absolutely dreadful. Without Foolish Burial Goods, this deck just lacks another consistency piece to really tie things together. I'll need to find some way to fix that moving forward. In my games, I bricked approximately 22.3% of the time (21 out of 94 games)

I kept record of all the games I played and recording wins/losses to see what kind of trends I saw during my climb to share as well as follows (Total Record of 56-38, 59.57% WR):

19-10 vs Snake Eyes (including variants: Kashtira, T.G.)

5-3 vs Kashtira

3-3 vs Tearlaments

2-3 vs Branded Despia

2-5 vs Mathmech

3-2 vs Labrynth
