holy mother of god, im questioning my sanity.

virtual world is not a good deck in 2025. it wasn't in 2024 even with a nearly-guaranteed turn skip setup. it wasn't in 2023 despite being one of the best abusers of the gamma package. it wasn't in 2022 when the adventurer engine let you create absurd end boards.

if you play this deck, expect to suffer. i actually deranked from M3 to M5, climbed to M4, swapped to voiceless until M2, then went back to this deck, driven by a toxic cocktail of guilt and obligation.

some deck helpers have asked if i'm okay. i told them i was FREE.

really though, this is probably the last time a climb with this will be possible until konami releases new support for the archetype, since ryzeal (coming soon!) completely invalidates any attempt to play virtual world. just read ryzeal detonator and you'll understand.

with 3x emergency teleport, jam fever, and rising scale, the punk engine is now the clear best way to play virtual world. if the punk engine goes off, you search lulu with dragon drive, make jam fever, then draw 1 card from jam fever while also being protected from nibiru. amazing.

your typical end board if you make jam fever will also have a level 9 synchro, crimson dragon, chuche, and either another level 9 synchro / cicada / re-summon crimson.

alternatively, if you open with NO virtual world cards and only punk cards, you can make diabolantis instead of dragon drive for a 1 card combo. mill praying mantis, use its effect to summon a level 1 token, revive ze amin with deer note, then make cupid pitch. down-level cupid. 8 + 1 = shenshen. search lulu with cupid.

your typical end board here is shenshen + crimson + chuche. not amazing but hey, that was all from 1 ze amin!
