Horus is pretty synergistic with Tri-Brigade which is why I wanted to give this a shot.
Reason being is Nervall and Kitt trigger off being discarded off Imsety or Sarcophagus. You can then insulate your board building with Photon Lord or Hope Harbinger or alternatively Zombie Vampire can get you into engine like most other decks using it can. I prefer to prioritize Hope Harbinger since its very common for Tri-Brigade boards to include Apollousa anyway for monster negates. Not to mention Hope Harbinger can protect Apollousa by re-directing attacks which EVERYONE still forgets that it can do that from my games... So, somehow your opponent is forced to chew through at least 4 Apollousa negates.
Re-summoning Daumutef, Hapi and Qebensenuef also triggers Shuraig's effect to banish.
Additionally 3 out of the 4 Horus names can still be used as link material even under Tri-Brigade link summoning restrictions since they are Beast, Beast Warrior and Winged Beast typings. They can also be used as Kerass fodder in hand or even Revolt link materials. Try to send Mercourier and banish it with Tri-Brigade names if possible as it gives you free discard fodder with the interaction it has with Albion and Branded Sword which can be used to send more Horus names.
I also included Mudora and Keldo as you often times can even use Bearbrumm's 2nd effect to bring back a banished Tri-Brigade to continue to build boards, most cards in your hand are better in the GY anyway which is why I included shufflers for more discard fodder. So having powerful cards like shufflers to discard can often times give you very meaningful interactions as well as recycle Revolt in prolonged games.
I'd say the 3rd Shuraig is not neccessary but had no idea what to include anyway. You can opt for Masquerena or an option I like a bit more, Dingirsu for some spot removal.
Thats basically it, definately a fun deck to use and make plays with.
