Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

I am a TCG player and installed master duel just to compete in the duelist cups to get the Angwitch playmat, as I play Memento in the TCG (although I will switch to yummy in JUHU). I made this list and tweaked it in about 3 days in which I climbed from Rookie to Master, so it might not be perfect yet, but I will give my thoughts regardless.

Really satisfied with the main deck, and really not much I'm considering changing except cutting 1 Field Spell, to get to 40 cards so I can see Crossout, Ash and Called By more often for Maxx C and Lancea. Also would never cut Mirror or GWC, they make the combos so much better and easier to pull off, and also Mirror is great to add with Red Ransom under Fuwalos.

I opted into not playing Terahertz, since I think that Topologic Bomber Dragon is good enough when you have to go into Splash Mage, while Apo and Crypter are good enough when you go into your standard lines without getting locked into Cyberse early. Also adding Terahertz would mean cutting some utility from the extra deck, and honestly there is nothing I would ever cut from this extra deck.

I will list reasoning for each of the utility cards below:

Link Disciple - Extra pop for Accesscode

Haggard - Great combo piece in some lines and when you have to normal summon handtraps turn 3/4

Cerbererus - Chaos Hunter out, but can also be used to force out some other random cards

Dharc - Insane in the mirror match, but otherwise also comes up

Almiraj - When you have to normal summon handtraps to go into splash mage turn 3/4

Topologic Bomber Dragon - Great endboard piece when you lock yourself early into cyberse and can't go into Apo. Really easy to activate with Bystials, Hare and GWC, but hard to utilize perfectly. Try to play around dormouse effect to protect links to have bodies on field to be able to banish with MTP under Bomber.

I think the rest are self-explanatory and pretty standard.

I would hardly consider cutting any of these, but the only thing I'd maybe do is cut Almiraj and add Knightmare Phoenix, since I got matched up into Stun quite often on ladder.

My endboard with 1 card combo dormouse is Apo and Crypter and GWC set, while field one card combo was Topologic Bomber Dragon and Crypter in the GY, with GWC set.

This build doesn't have an insane ceiling such as the builds with Firewall or Terahertz (or both), but it just tries to get to the combo as easily as possible.
