Notes & Combos
My perfect answer for the worst format ever (besides Runick Stun and Tenpai) is Fire King. There are kind of two ways of playing pure Fire King: First, you could go for a really small Snake-Eyes package to enable an easy Zealantis OTK line. Or you could play a more control-oriented version, which is the one I prefer. This deck with a deceptively weak board with only Amblowhale and Arvata, can hide around 7 disruptions in an ideal scenario.
Using Lancea while not being bothered by it is a big deal, but the best selling point is being able to play Impulse, which is probably one of the strongest handtraps nowadays. Ghost Belle was MVP whenever she had to step up, but I'm pretty sure a third one will feel bricky. Other pros are not caring about Bystials (which there is a surprisingly good amount of them out there) and dealing well with eventual floodgates.
Cons are that we don't really have a full one-card-combo, but many combinations of 1.5 and 2-cards-combos, so having dead hands is a thing sometimes. Had to cut Veiler for Lancea, but once we get through the current Ma(P)iss dominance, the Veiler into Almiraj + Island combo will be back.
A sidenote for myself: A third Skyburn could be nice to test with, probably cut the One for One.
