Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

10th time reaching Master Rank so gonna leave some extended notes this time as I may stop fighting this ladder now. Thanks and glory be to God as always.🙌🏽

My previous Primite Odion list netted me a 12 game win streak into Master rank last season, this season is just a quicker climb with Purer Odion with a Kashtira engine splashed in.

I was tired of how lackluster Primite was when uninterrupted playing against the modern/current meta. I also disliked the constant normal summon conflict and even how ineffective it could be as handtrap bait.

Skill Drain almost never came up btw, so that can be cut. Conceptually thought it would work well with the traps being unaffected by it though, just like the single copy of fissure.

Experimented with a lot of different techs, and haven't been seeing any postings for Odion lately since Yummy released, so thought I'd be good also to leave my submission for Odion.

Best trap ratio for me has been 2:1, but was trying 3:2 just to see. Some formats anguish pattern's removal may be very important. Like getting rid of Yummy bodies for example (still a rough matchup with all the tagging out they do and the traps not being able to land when they spin back.)

Unicorn + any level 3 handtrap makes an early Baronne which is nice.

Deck can also play greedy lines and self droll into fuwa/maxx C with the right hand and sequencing (with protection via Wave Caesar).

Evolzar Larz on-field omni can also come in clutch, especially with the amount of Red reboots flying around out there. Not that it can negate the reboot counter trap speed, but Layered/non-trap interruptions can swing a seemingly dead game in your favour.

I always thought maxing out handtraps was the way (and maybe it still is), but shout out to Jesse Perez and all his math behind lower counts, which I tried and applied here and liked tbh. I also may try his board breaker style eventually as well Lord willing.
