Same list as before with minor tweaks.
Some people get confused with Maxx and Morganite:
Basically, if you open a bad hand with maxx and morg going first with no flood monsters, you can attempt to get a few draws before activating morginite. Otherwise you only really need Maxx to force your opponent to end turn when you go second.
Maxx can actually be normal summoned and wack over things with moon mirror or used as a defensive option/link food unlike Shifter, and this deck doesn't like to be banished with all the dogmatika cards so that's why I opt for maxx over shifter.
You can certainly change more cards to ensure a more balanced going first to second win rate, but this worked pretty well for me playing only an hour or two every day to every other day or so since the reset.
