Notes & Combos

This is my pure Infernoble deck. Some things to consider are that I preferred Uppercutter over Connector because of the synergy (it's searchable with Durendal and I can activate its effect if I summon it with Isolde). When Dark Flare Swordsman comes out, I'll replace the Battlin' Boxer pack with Flame Swordsman. Another point is the use of Camellia, which has personally been very useful to me because it allows for a full combo with just any two monsters on the field instead of just summoning S:P or skipping a turn. This makes Diabellstar even more useful because it becomes a double extender along with the original (another reason to run a normal summon Fire Warrior). Against handtraps, the deck remains very vulnerable to Maxx "c" (ban that card already, for God's sake!). Against Fuwalos, the ideal would be to Summon Zero (the main reason for including Widow Anchor). Hmmm, Purulia and Meowls aren't as problematic. Against Droll, it can be summarized as follows: while Isolde effect resolved, Droll isn't an auto-win. And finally, with Nibiru, depending on your hand, you can either play it despite that or negate it. The deck is still Infernoble, so there will still be terrible hands and all that. If you're facing a lot of Dracotail, you can include Retaliating, and besides interrupting, you have a Level 4 body on the field for whatever you want. And the deck can only improve in the future.
