this is about as Standard as it gets. 3 Ash 3 Imperm 3 Nibiru is the mark of a rogue deck. 3 Maxx and 2 Called/1 Crossout because this is Master Duel and you need to run those. I am a Green Ninja Enjoyer so I run 2 of him (I really like seeing him in the hand).
Hidden Village is key and i typically aim to set it up ASAP unless there's a better play. What you want to do is have Meizen and Village up with Mystery set; on opp's turn, you shotgun Mystery (if they control a card or just wait until they put anything on board), grab Tobari from either deck or GY face down and whatever else you want, then chain Meizen as soon as possible to summon out Mitsu and use Village to grab the Notebook of Mystery back to hand for next turn. In a simplified gamestate, Mitsu's eff negation flipping Tobari up for a quick fuse into Armor Ninja for a spot banish, coupled with whatever else disruption you have is pretty hard to play through for any deck.
