Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Pretty standard list minus Oak this season. Double Ponix may seem weird but it worked out great for me as it can be searched with Ash and can extend from hand after pop.

Flex spot would be the 3x Imperms, I swapped them out for Fuwas and Lanceas on a few games where I got stomped by Maliss. Also can be swapped out due to Deception and One for One cost needing another monster.

3x Kirin was incredible, I probably went through all 3 Kirins almost every game. Thought about playing a second Field Spell, but I never got around to it.

There are times where you will inevitably have to play Fire King control (under Maxx C this also applies) but it still does a great job at helping you to survive to Turn 3. A second Promethean in ED or a second Rank 8 Fire King could help with this aspect if you wanted to replace the Dharc.

Other than that, had a really great time with this deck. Highly recommend for those wanting to play Fire King, or any other deck besides Ryzeal/Maliss.

I have two great replays showcasing the Zealantis OTK (vs. Maliss) and then another one (vs. Yubel) just showing some generic Turn 2 plays against Maxx C.

Really wish I had some more turn 1 replays because this deck can put up a really nice board, (Apo, Ilia Silvia, Amblo with IP in Grave, Kirin in hand + Arvata on Board) but I wasn't so lucky with the coin tosses in Diamond.
