Notes & Combos
Hate how strangely diversified the format gets at the end of the month. That's one reason I dropped 1 fuwa and droll for imperms. It felt decent and good when paired with other handtraps. Some thoughts I had on certain cards:
CDQ: I thought he was mainly just a going first ftk card, but after multiple games where I haven't drawn walbaz, I realized how good he is. It's almost impossible to have/make 2 synchros on field just with the rda engine going sec, so being able to synchro climb into him for otk is huge.
Dracoberserker: With heavy engine hands, you can make him going first, depending on the mu. I played against a lot of branded, and they aren't known for running hts, so he came up against them, especially after they set albaz and fuse my field. He's also a good droll play.
SET ALBAZ IS NOT SILVERBULLET IN THIS DECK. I've legit lost one game after set walbaz, and that was because my branded opp ran crossout to negate my fnv.
