With tears dead on ladder I ask myself is the melffy package still best for spright or is it time for mannequin cat to shine? Not entirely sure if end of anubis is the current best mannequin target - I've actually ended summoning fenrir way more often - but an end board of elf, sprind, ip, mannequin and ideally carrot has so far been very effective. DBB package is also very good as not only extra starters but spirit gates allows you to play through nib or discard an angler/garnet in your hand for extra extension. Double Cross is such a fun card that disrupts so many decks in such a unique manner
M1 edit: Finally summoned End of Anubis to win my rank up to M1 game so he paid off in the end. I would consider dropping gamma burst and going full in on mosquito otk with nimble sunfish but I think gamma burst is better when you under maxx c
