No point diving into matchup analysis since the current messy, nascent meta will be short-lived (2 more days in fact, lol).

Only change from last month's list was 1 Nibiru in place of 1 Mind Control. Main decks faced: Kash hybrids, Dragon Link, Lab, Stun, and (Runick/Tri/Kash) Spright. Because Stun and Lab were so prevalent, I didn't want to play more than 1 Nib, but was happy to give Maxx C more bite by having the threat of drawing into Nib vs Dragon Link and pile decks that sometimes took the challenge lol.

Other than that, last month's list was generally sufficient. Of course, it was excruciating to climb in such a diverse meta with a blind second deck since I often had dead board breakers not suited to various gamestates, but eh I just wanted to finish the climb before the new pack drop.

In the ED, I took out 1 Morning Star to have both regular and alt art I:P for the culture. I actually did summon both I:Ps in the same turn a few times due to all the multilayered disruption everywhere, so maybe it's not just for kek. Also put Almiraj back in after I lost a game I should have won because I was unable to form a column with my spare Ash without it lmao.

So yeah this is a fairly pointless upload since the most viable strategy for this deck will likely look very different in just a few days. Probably more Kaijus, perhaps even a more explicit OTK focus. We'll see. But well, might as well just record yet another early M1 for Mekk-Crusadia nonetheless.
