Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the browser console => Paste the export code there => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code and hit Enter
  4. Save the deck
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

What a fun month...

Funny story, I actually wanted to hit M1 with Vanquish Souls, but I kept running into mathmech/ignister/cyberse decks. As a long-time ignister player, I love how the archetype has recently been getting a lot more recognition (I'm guessing largely in part to the guy who won an MCS with it), but if you're one of the people who just picked up the deck I promise you are playing it WRONG.

Lol, jk. To be fair, ending on a board with Firewall Dragon AND Singularity is pretty solid. BUT with that said, nobody (seriously, NOBODY) is showing my boi the Arrival any love! I'm not sure why the consensus seems to be that he's somehow weaker than the firewall stuff. I've tried both versions, but I personally have not found a more consistent version of the deck than what you see here. And whether you choose to believe me or not, I can say that this is the most consistent deck I've ever played in MD (bar NONE).

Ideal turn 1 endboard for me is Arrival in EMZ (with 4k or 5k attack), Heatsoul in MMZ directly below (protected by Gatchiri), superfactorial set, bonus if you have droplet set and handtraps in hand. Play control during the opp's turn, then follow with accesscode for game. Simple strategy no doubt, but you'd be shocked how much people struggle to out it.
