so i was playing radiant typhoon and i reached the promotion game for master 1 which i proceeded to lose in harrowing circumstances i won't be discussing further and went on an absolute tear of defeats down to master 3, where i decided it was time to break out the concept that unfortunately only occurred to me with an hour to go in the 5v6 duel trial; blind second lab maxing all your turn 0 capabilities except cooclock because that would be terrible, and with 5 card hand i am still choosing to go first when i can

may i say what a joy this is to play, this is probably the most fully realised the vision of labrynth i have long held has been, and the closest to how it felt to play this deck for the first time as an aggro trap deck that can play proactively rather than solely reactively as most (perchance all??) other trap-based archetypes do

the extra deck is completely fake i went into chaos angel a couple of times and i should be playing a second i just refuse to craft it at the moment, other than that ty-phon is the only real card and i am playing 3 because i pulled them when he released and then a couple of kewl tune rats went and ripped 2 of them with crackle in a game that they ultimately still lost but i thought well i may as well add the 3rd in case this happens again in a relevant way (it did not)

anyway this hasn't been very informative but i don't know what to tell you it's pretty straightforward, for a brief window in time i was playing rise to full height to fade battle phases but immediately i drew three rise to full height over the course of a game and i cut it; i would like more traps in the vein of black goat laughs but there just isn't anything else of that calibre in the game at the moment, i would also kind of like to play trap trick in addition to trap holic but the hard lock into one more trap for the rest of the turn is so annoying for sequencing and (rollback) trapholic dodge targeted negations hits like crack

through master 2 my first and last games were just i go 1st they scoop to arianna, but in between i went second into vsk9 with just impulse and lab cards and won, second into kewl tune with a pure engine hand where i lived the dream of clearing my entire hand in response to rotary to blank their search and won on turn 5, and then second into striker where i had imperm songs but brother i put those cards in the deck for this reason
