Master I from Gucci Ladd on May 30th, 2026
cp-ur 960 + cp-sr 540
40 cards

Notes & Combos

I played 30 games from Master 3 to Master 1 with a Kewl Tune deck. Here is how the deck performed:

  • Overall Win Rate: 66.67% (20 Wins - 10 Losses)
  • Win Rate Going 1st: 70.00% (14 Wins - 6 Losses)
  • Win Rate Going 2nd: 60.00% (6 Wins - 4 Losses)
  • Average Game Length: 2.67 Turns

I originally piloted an Elfnote deck starting from Master 5, but I wasn't satisfied with its performance and decided to grind out the rest of the ladder with Kewl Tune. The majority of my games (20 out of 30) were a total slog through Master 3, but Master 2 was a breeze by comparison, where I went 8-2.

Although the recent banlist increased its susceptibility to Droll, Kewl Tune is still the best thing to be doing on the ladder. I added Duelist Genesis to make up for the lost Synchro Overtake and Impermanence to provide more interaction when going second. Fuwalos underperformed throughout the entire run and easily could be swapped out for Super Polymerization.
