Notes & Combos

I decided to go for low effort this season, because I am still a little demotivated to play MD. So, I went ahead and copied this Snake-Eye list for which I had the cards already (I do not own the 3rd Nib and added Subversion for it): https://www.masterduelmeta.com/top-decks/master-i/march-2024/snake-eye/jessie/41cYi

Some short impressions after playing SE for the first time:

  • The engine is actually quite fun to use, I did not expect that. One can definitely cook an unconventional list for fun with these cards (my personal decks would not play this many HTs, you know that if you checked my lists before)
  • Speaking of HTs, I love HTs. Nothing more fun than throwing those Ashes, Maxx "C"s, Crossouts and Called Bys at each other in a battle of skill. HTs suck (they actually don't, I am just biased).
  • I did not really check combo lines, nor did I ever pay attention to SE combos before playing the deck myself. No idea whether I figured out optimal plays towards the end, but it did not matter too much. Still enough for Master 1.

Time to play other games and do irl stuff until next month :)
