Notes & Combos
Zoodiac cards were a huge boost to this deck, at the small cost of a handful of Extra Deck slots. You get insane consistency and resilience going first, and the meta is very friendly to breakers, so you only run the "mandatory" minigame handtraps.
The moment Ratpier hits the field, it needs 2 negations to be stopped meaningfully, as it lets you go into Broadbull + Tiger King + Drident by itself, with extension or dodging coming from Drident pop.
Branded is a decent enough matchup when you go second, and you basically autowin against the entire meta if you make most of your board going first, not to mention the new avenues for follow-up mean you don't lose from getting the board broken.
I'm back on Sabre now with less slots to work with and VSK9 basically phased out of the meta, this is the better option for singular ammo slot since you're never making Leo going second anyway, and it allows you better lethal into Branded crackback board.
Still on Chimera since it catches people off-guard and can basically steal a boatload of games when you go second. Losing I:P doesn't hurt since Drident basically does its duty but more versatile most of the time, although sometimes I wish I could link off more bodies to free up board space.
