42 cards

Notes & Combos

Time taken: about 2 weeks, final push from M3 to M1 done 6/22/25 in 8 hours, final score 12-8

Hardest matchups, always considering that you did not draw the perfect outs

  1. Floodgates/stun/kashtira
  2. Crystron
  3. Mermail
  4. Memento
  5. Snake-eyes variants
  6. White forest variants
  7. Blue-eyes

I have to say the deck is super fun and simple to play, but I had enough of losing to called by the grave in particular this season, even deranked from M3 to M5 once due to a "you are going second streak" combined with cbtg or openning primite vanillas/FS paradise/branded regained

Cards removed before the final climb

  1. kashtira/CBTG (coin losing streak)
  2. d.d. crow (low impact)
  3. bystial lubellion (the only reason to play it was to set branded regained, and it was impossible without banishing your own lubellion (or a fiendsmith) during turn 1 or a brick during turn 2)
  4. santa claws (if your opponent plays a tower or puts an unbreakable board is just better to go next)
  5. labradorite dragon, to make some interesting plays with either seal or baronne under maxx c or droll (but it was another brick and I lost multiple games due to it)
  6. super polimerization (I tried it only for 2 games against branded and a white forest and did not enough to clear them)
  7. Necroquip princess/charmers/seal/baronne/dis pater (most of them were used only to deal with handtraps, but the extra brick was killing me)

Extra notes

  • doomed dragon is there to deal with long snake-eyes games or to use the FS equip as an extra removal, it came up like 3 games total
  • lots of decks do not have an answer for chaos angel and it is good to deal with set interactions if you do not want to commit your whole FS graveyard plays for the next turns
  • main play was always desirae pass
