Notes & Combos
I spent all my gems to pull R·ACE, but turned out Link Snake-Eyes still the best deck for me.
Had written a detailed analysis about Chicken Game and Souls in my May M1 attempt, try to search my previous decks through Find Users on the website top bar to find out more.
Reason I played Snake-Eyes over R·ACE:
- Heavier handtraps for going second. R·ACE had a stronger and versatile endboard anyway, but it's pretty hard to breakthrough boards while going second.
- R·ACE had more garnet/bricks and they annoyed me along my climb.
- Wider tech slots for Crossout Designator. R·ACE can't really utilise it due to huge chunk of cores.
- In R·ACE, Poplar in starting hand is a bad start. However it's a pretty good starter for Snake-Eyes, as Snake-Eyes didn't really bother about Normal Summon. Relatively Snake-Eyes have more good starters than R·ACE, even though the deck get nerfed.
So far I feel this is one of the best build for playing Snake-Eyes right now. Fire King is abit clunky, and Synchro build is pretty hard to pull off, as most of the time we'll spend our OSS to drag Ash out, instead of Jet.
