Notes & Combos
Time taken: about 12 days total, M5-M1 over 4 hours, final push from M2 to M1 done 7/13/25 in 1:20 hours, final score 15-5
Hardest matchups, always considering that you did not draw the perfect outs
- Maliss (1° due to popularity)
- Floodgates/stun/kashtira
- Crystron
- Mermail
- Memento
- Snake-eyes variants
- White forest variants
- Blue-eyes
With the amount of lanceas and chaos hunters, consider running any other 2 handtraps over CBTG Why no lancea? Why no chaos hunter? I simply felt like I had a better chance at beating both maliss and anti maliss deck without siding 3 or more cards against 1 of the decks, and I think i was right since this season was way easier to climb to M1 with this list than the last 2 seasons
Extra notes
- doomed dragon is there to deal with long snake-eyes games or to use the FS equip as an extra removal
- lots of decks do not have a quick answer for chaos angel and it is good to deal with set interactions if you do not want to commit your whole FS graveyard plays for the next turns
- main play was always desirae pass
- branded beast is a win more card, I do not recommend it at all
