Notes & Combos
One of the most miserable seasons I've played yet. I started with Fur Hire Runick because it was a fun deck and I wanted to challenge myself by climbing with it. Turns out no, it loses way too often to the roach and going second without opening your Runick third of the deck. that I got tilted and switched back to Swordsoul. Same list as usual but with 2 Reboots over 2 TTTs for Stun & Lab.
3 Baxias does come up, I'd play 5 if I could.
If you are a regular Swordsoul player on Ranked, I say this with the utmost importance. PLAY AT LEAST 2 BAXIAS. I have seen so many people running 0-1, and their lists are undoubtedly suboptimal because of that. Your lines going first become so much better with multiple copies of Baxia since you can cycle through Mo Ye, or commit to Chaofeng/Double 10 lines. Playing multiple is also crucial because if you are already going through 1-2 turn 1, you need another copy to clean up the opponent's board on turn 3.
Also for the love of god, please play Yazi.
