Notes & Combos
The deck feels weak with its low ceiling, but it's actually the best deck of the format. I went with the Branded engine, as it adds two mare starters, a higher ceiling, and the Magistus engine plays into lingering hand traps. I lack Secreterion, Mystrerion, Titaniklad, Rindbrumn and full playsets of Arthalion, Veiler, Ghost Belle and Ghost Mourner, which is why they aren't present here. I only run two Cartesia as 8 normal summons maximizes the chance you see exactly one in your starting hand (also I don't have a third). This is the same deck I got top 10,000 with in the 2025 Dec Duelist Cup.
