Notes & Combos

Introduction.

This deck is very good in the grind game and can establish a decent board if we go first and otherwise we can destroy/bounce an opponent's card if we have the correct cards in hand.

The deck has various 2 and 3 card combos with these cards: Lady, Cooclock, Stovie, Chandraglier, Welcome and Big Welcome; There are several possible combinations and Arianna is a wild card/Searcher that will allow us to find the missing card of a particular combo.

Another advantage of this deck is that it is very "resistant" to Maxx "C", especially in this format, since everyone activates Maxx "C" in the draw phase.

Tips.

Explaining the combo of each possible combination would take a long time, so I will only give some basic tips:

  • Dimensional Barrier: This card was one of the main victory conditions in the vast majority of duels I played.

  • Destructive Daruma Karma Cannon: Excellent card for this format, it is so good that I decided to play 2 copies.

  • Eradicator Epidemic Virus: I used this card mainly to prevent my opponent from activating Evenly Matched; the combo would be something like this: the opponent ends his Main Phase 1 without any cards on his field, I active big welcome, I summon and bounce Cooclock, chain lady and search virus, active Cooclock, active virus; And obviously this card is very effective against spell decks.

  • Cooclock: If you have Cooclock and a furniture monster always activate Cooclock's effect first so you can activate the other Cooclock's effect. I decided to play 3 copies to increase consistency.

  • Stovie & Chandraglier: If you have both cards in hand and you know you're going to remove a monster from the field in the middle of your combo, it's usually better to activate Chandraglier's effect and discard Stovie since when the furniture monsters come back from the GY we can use the effect of Stovie on the field to discard Chandraglier to Set another Labrynth Spell/Trap.

  • Ariane the Labrynth Servant: This card is basically high risk high reward

  • Skill Drain: This deck can play around the effect of this card by constantly summoning Beatstick or using Big Welcome's GY effect on our monsters to activate its effects.
