Harmonia gives the deck a huge boost, not only it increases the winrate significantly going 2nd but it also gives you a free tribute fodder for Empen or other high-level birds. Eglen now becomes a starter without needing another bird in hand to normal summon if you have Harmonia already on the field going 2nd for example.
You can cut Snowl if you want, I just think he's underrated and worth running personally, the piercing damage helps to close games much faster and more efficiently when your opponent has tons of monsters on the field.
