Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code

  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the DevTools window => Navigate to the Console tab in the window => Paste the export code => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code, then if you're on mobile look for the *globe* icon and tap on it to run the code (Chrome only), for PC users just hit enter.
  4. The deck will save automatically
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

I can finally play Maliss after a significant decrease in lancea, and I get why people main decked that card, this deck is truly ridiculous in what it can do but I love playing it anyways.

I made a few odd choices to prepare for ryzeal and I'm happy to say that for the most part they worked out. First, just one fiel spell because it's just a free negate for detonator and although it's a great extender, it's not a good starter.

3 maliss in the mirror looks crazy I know, but hear me out. If, and this is a very important if, ryzeal passes on detonator after droll or maxx-c, maliss in the mirror is the best way to negate it and you get a free special summon. It's a conditional negate but that's why I maxxed out on all maliss names, plus, if you have to pass because of maxx-c or make a sub optimal board because fuwa, it doesn't hurt to draw it. It's also good to negate other monsters like appo and dodge targeted negates on turn 2 like imperm and veiler.

Instead of gold sarc I opted for more bystials, specificallly druiswurm because again it's a great answer to detonator and they are extenders plus extra bodies for link summons.

Overall, while it may seem like 1 field spell and no gold sarc is asking to brick, I honestly feel like I bricked the same amount as when I was running those cards, and even though bystials are not starters, they fill the roll of extenders much better.
