R.B. best deck lets go!

This deck was a nice rogue option to climb the ladder with, every win took some brain power which felt nice. After some optimizing of the deck (taking away all the fun stuff) it became very consistent with lots of room for hand trap wars.

There are many variants of the deck you can play including hard second options so feel free to experiment with all the different engines. I personally chose Girsu as my primary normal summon and a striker package while avoiding engage and other engines that would play into droll.

Cards like droll and charmies can be annoying but you can still make decent half boards under them without instantly losing so I couldn't complain.

TIPS:

• You want to always make your first search stage landing so you can play around droll.

• If you open Girsu always dump Crown so you can add it back from the grave with Galatea-i

• Stage Landing is NOT OPT (this includes the protection effect) so try to use it as many times as you can

• Many of the weapons can resolve without destroying themselves if you protect with stage landing's grave effect. Note that some DO need to destroy themselves (such as the spell/trap negate) Rule of thumb: if you are popping something it can be protected, otherwise it needs to destroy.

• The search on Funk Dock is MANDATORY so you cannot activate it under droll or if you have run out of targets. Keep this in mind if you open Funk Dock and Stage Landing, activate the Funk Dock first.

• After activating Pile Bunker you get to redeclare the attack with Blues, this allows you to get the double attack directly assuming they don't have destruction immune monsters.

FAQ

Q: R.B. means really bad?

A: You mean really based.

Q: Why aren't you running -

A: It loses to droll.

Q: Both traps?

A: Usually you are setting the counter but if you get drolled on Funk Dock start you NEED the other trap to set with Crook or you are do nothing passing.

Q: Where Regulus?

A: The regulus package isn't optimal in my opinion. It doesn't come up going second and you should be able to win just fine going first without it.
