This is my first time playing Cyber Dragon, let alone K9. So i don't know what i'm doing most of the time lol. But luckily the climb was pretty smooth. And after putting hours into it, i'm starting to get the grasp of it.
K9 is good against Kewl Tune. Because most of their removal is target and Lupis gives you target protection.
Magnamhut is also pretty good. It gives you starter for your next turn (Cyberdark Claw), allows you to shuffle your deck, and serve as a tribute for Noroi if your opponent has less than 2 cards in their hand.
But the most fun part of the deck is being able to contact fusion with your opponent's field using Clockwork Night and Cyber Dragon monster. It caught people off guard sometimes.
