Made it to Master 1 with this version. I like the Z-Arc package but found myself going second way too often and wishing I had more hand traps, so I decided to add Veiler instead, even cutting 1 copy of Max "C" for that. I would have put more hand traps but I wanted to keep it at 40 cards so these are the ratios I ended up with for them. A card that you dont see that often that I decided to add is Debunk, not beacuse of budget, to be honest way too many times I ended up with unplayable Strikes on board, that only served to scare my opponent, being set. There are a lot of gy effects in this meta and also helps dealing with cards on hand banishing them. Its solid, I recommend trying it out, after all its cheap too, nothing to lose. Strike is still a strong card, thats why I kept one copy of it. Regarding Judgment, I was running it at 2 with 3 Strikes back then because I was prioritizing negating monster effects, and it stayed like that even after my Debunk addition. For the Extra Deck, its got the average cards, I would only like to point out that indeed 3 Rexterm is ideal because you are able to pull 2 of them on board if you open with Frenzy and Domain, but if you happen to run only 2 copies and your opponent gets to use Kashtira Unicorn´s effect you will be able at most to have 2 Kentregina and 1 Rexterm, which I guess is not the worst because you still lower more your lp in the process, but its best to have 2 Rexterm summoned for insurance instead if one gets removed. I dont recall using Chaos Angel, Arc Rebellion Xyz Dragon and Azalea from M5 to M1, on the other hand, Dolkka and Laggia were very usefull followed by Psychic End Punisher. In Masters until I got to M1 I have to say I found almost no Lab or Mikanko and some Purrely which are an uphill battle for this deck wether you go first or second. Aside from that, it gets rough against Rescue-Ace if Turbulence to resolves.
