Notes & Combos
I usually use Ancient Gear for Fusion events, but this time I wanted to use it exclusivly to DLV Max. I had a very easy climb until going from lvl 17 to 18. I was stuck there for about 24 hours, just would win some and then lose a couple in a row. I tried 20 times to get from DLV 17 to 18 today amd I tried at least 10 times yesterday.
Tried a few different extra deck combinations, but rarely was able to use them. Heavy Poly was MVP when I had it in hand and could bait all the interuptions. Can use whatever you want, the Ancient Gear cards are the important ones.
I'm firm believer in Ancient Gear Duel, I can almost always get it on the field and the protection it can offer is amazing. Alongside getting Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem with 3 attacks. Chaos Ancient Gear Giant needs no introduction. It's just an amazing Boss Monster. I do always forget that it's half protected by Ancient Gear Fortress, it can't be targeted, but can be destroyed by monster effects outside of the battle phase.
